In this time of rapid growth your body and brain need nutritious foods to support your growing needs.
Healthy foods are whole, un-processed foods without chemicals and preservatives. But what happens when you're with friends and you're hungry? After all if you're growing, you're body is going to need the fuel to make it happen!
Fast food is ok for a treat, but not every week, it will add artery clogging fat to your body and can lead to obesity.
At this age you will be more hungry, after all a growing body needs nutrients to grow, think, and move.
