Today, as a Nutrition and Health Educator, I draw from my life experiences & my education to help women of all ages discover—and rediscover—the vitality they deserve.
I provide personalized plans, mindful practices, and one-on-one support to help women weave wellness into the fabric of their everyday lives—just as it was lovingly woven into mine.
I believe in making wellness achievable, sustainable, and empowering for every woman I work with.

My Story
Food has always played a central role in my life. Growing up, my family had a huge impact on my journey toward wellness and wholesome eating. As kids, my sisters and I would pick apples and Bosc pears from the trees in our garden. With more fruit than we could possibly eat, we would fill bags and share them with friends, family, and neighbors.
Today, I still enjoy sharing—whether it’s helpful health tips, the latest food trends, or cooking meals for loved ones. And yes, I’m still sharing apples from my own trees !
This early connection to nature planted the seeds for my lifelong appreciation of healthy living. Back then, processed foods weren’t as common as they are today. My mother, a wonderful cook, taught me to appreciate the beauty of natural, whole foods—celebrating their variety of tastes, textures, and the nourishment they provide. That relationship with unprocessed foods shaped who I am today.
