You probably have so many emotions swirling about...

Maybe at the same time?



You can be happy one moment and grumpy the next, right? 


Hormones.


It is normal to feel all those feelings!

Everyone has some stress at times.

There is good stress like going to a party and figuring out what to wear or having an early morning track meet.


Then there is negative stress like a bully at school or a big test coming up.

It is helpful to organize your thoughts or talk to a friend or an adult.  


But what if no one is there? 


How do you manage it all?


It is ultra important to manage emotions for your health and well-being.

Learning self-care, love and respect for yourself is one way to keep you mentally and physically healthy. It is important to listen to your inner voice:


Unplug

Sit still

Listen to music

B-r-e-a-t-h-e

Meditate on something positive
