Your body is rapidly changing,
because,
it's growing....
Physically & emotionally*It is normal for your body to start showing signs of maturing.
There will be growth in height and weight.
Sometimes you'll be taller, and sometimes you'll be heavier.
You are more aware of your body image and the changes in size, shape and composition.... that's normal.
Friends are important to you now & fitting in with a social group matters.
Here's my personal word of advice:
Love yourself first.
Today's lifestyle choices will affect your future health, so choose wisely!
Stop eating junk food.
Increase activity level.
Practice mindfulness.
